Founded in 1987 on the site of a shipyard which built in 1911 France II, the largest combined sail-and-engine powered ship ever built, CNB launched its first sailing yacht in 1989, a 92 footer.
Beneteau took over in 1992 and since since then, unfailingly elegant, fast and “a pleasure to sail” yachts had been built.
CNB yachts are designed by naval architect Philippe Briand who knows about being fast & performant :
he did Fleury Michon 10 for Philippe Poupon for Vendée Globe race, Mari-Cha III and then Mari-Cha IV, both record holders of the Transatlantic in 1998 & 2003. Not only lines of the CNB yachts are extremely pure and well-balanced, interiors are also imprinted with refined French tradition, discreet luxury and up-to-date comfort.
With these combined savoir-faire and the valuable input from the owner, CNB can make your dream yacht unique.
