“خدمة شخصية. مشورة فعالة. ادارة مختصة لاجراءات الشراء. مساعدة فعلية في اختيار الاكسسوارات وفي عملية تسليم القارب.”

ماذا تقول عن كزافييه بوان؟ –

 “ان كزافييه فعلا خبير في هذا المجال: لديه خبرة فنيّة جديّة بالاضافة الى “لمسته” الانسانية الحقيقية. فالتعامل مع كزافييه سهل للغاية، فعال، ومرح. ولكزافييه القدرة في بناء العلاقات الحقيقية وليس فقط التعرف على الاشخاص. اني سعيد اني التقيت به، وآمل اننا قد نستمر بالتعامل سويا”.

“I chose Tan Services because it was one of the only distributors of the boat I was interested in the GCC. Once I talked to Xavier in person I felt I was dealing with a professional and a sailor, and that convinced me to continue in the dealing.”

-What did you like about our service ?
“It is accurate and personalized to the need of the customer. The technical advice was sound and effective.”

-If you were to recommend Tan services, how would you describe the way we provided our service to you?
“Personalized service, Effective advice, Competent purchase process management, Great help in choosing the accessorization and in managing the delivery of the boat.”

“Xavier comes across as an expert in the field: he is not only highly technical competent but has a genuine human touch. Dealing with Xavier is uncomplicated, effective and fun and he is well capable to build relationships, more than contacts. I am glad I met him and truly hope that we will continue to have business together.”

” باستثناء كونه فرنسياً (ومن الممكن عذره لهذا !)، فكزافييه رجل صادق للغاية، وله قيم ومبادىء قوية جدا.”

” دعمت شركة “تان” عملياتي في شراء وبيع القوارب، وأشعر في الحالتين انني قد حصلت على قيمة جيدة. وكانت خدمة كزافييه الشخصية على أعلى المستويات.”

“Tan was the recommended Hanse dealer in Dubai and at the time I owned a Hanse 400e. Having developed a good relationship with Xavier Bouin in my dealings with him over a period of time it was natural for me to ask him to sell my boat when the time came.”

“Tan was knowledgeable about my needs as a boat owner and Xavier in particular has a very effective customer relations approach.”

“Very professional. Sympathetic to the client’s needs. Always working in the client’s interests.”

الإدراك المتقدم لفن الإبحار، وإدراك صيانة السفن، وإدراك قوانين الإمارات والشرق الأوسط البحرية، والأهم حماس تان للقوارب وخدمة العملاء

كزافييه لديه موقف ال “هذا ممكن”؛ يقبل أي تحد وينفذه؛ لا توجد قضية صعبة بالنسبة له، وفي نهاية المطاف يحققها داءماً

“I chose Tan services because of their long, consistent and focussed business presence in the Middle East and UAE.”

– What did you like about our service ?
“I was impressed with the complete range of service that Tan offered. From the customs clearance, to the identification of a Jetty, to the knowledge of sailing to the spare parts to technical advice to mechanical services. All this under one roof is quite impressive and helpful.”
