Xavier BOUIN, founder and managing director of Tan Services has been living in Dubai for the past 28 years. After a successful experience in distributing luxury across the Middle East through his first company Euroluxe (created in 1997), he decided, in 2009, to enter the nautical world by creating TAN Services, putting all his energy and expertise in it.

Xavier will share all his passion for sailing (since he was a kid in Brittany), his sense for “real luxury” and beautiful things to make your dream come true.
